David Ly
David is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years public practice experience.
David joined the WVB team in February 2020 after working in reputable mid-tier firms in Adelaide. David has experience and knowledge with various clients, sized enterprises and industries.
David has a passion for cloud accounting as he sees it as the future of accounting, and he enjoys working with small businesses to integrate products and streamline their processes. David takes pride in his communication with clients to ensure they are receiving the best possible service he and WVB can provide.
Many of WVB’s clients who are in the startup and growth stages of their business life cycle have appreciated the time, guidance and education David provided during their journey.
David truly takes the time to get to know his clients so he can understand and help achieve their business and personal goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, following the AFL and NBA, and playing Poker.

- Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) – University of South Australia
- Xero Certified Advisor
