Prior to this, Neil began his career at Arthur Young in 1980. He was then invited to become a senior accountant at a newly established practice, Shearer & Elliss, which commenced in September 1985, he then advanced to partner in 1987.

He has always been committed to providing a timely and personalised service to his clients, many of whom have been with him throughout his career. His work ethic and dedication over his career has resulted in Neil servicing many clients in a diverse range of industries such as the medical profession, farming & agriculture, private investment companies and high net worth individuals.

Neil swims regularly and enjoys watching sport (especially his beloved Crows).
